Luke has led an impressive career as a CEO and Entrepreneur in his 16 years working in the property loss claims industry. Serving as the CEO at Precision Claim Consultants, Luke plays a major role in the daily operations, client relationships, and leading his team to victory. Through his commitment to this role, he has helped Precision improve the process and systems involved in claim turn around times and has more than doubled the previous years gross revenue.
Prior to his current role at Precision, Luke worked as a sales manager helping property owners negotiate storm damage claims after hurricane Michael in Panama City, Florida. Before Luke started Precision he owned Maxsus Inc a multi-state licensed roofing and restoration company that specialized in storm restoration repair work on commercial and residential buildings throughout the southeast.
Scott Wise has worked in the Technology industry for 20 years, gaining experience in improving communication, integrating technology, team building, tech support, marketing, graphic design, branding and HR. As a seasoned CIO, he/she is passionate about architecture, AI, technology, digital tools, software, sales, branding, communications and team building. In addition to Technology, he/she is also involved in Decriminalize Nature, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Architectural Design and Healing Arts. Outside of the office, Scott Wise enjoys Hand-pan, Music, AI Art, Photography, Mycology and Racing.

Anna (Krissy) Thompson is a Public Adjuster at Precision Claim Consultants. Prior to Precision, Krissy was a CEO at Equine International, Inc and CFO at Thompson Land Services, LLC. She was the youngest licensed official with the United States Equestrian Federation and rode professionally for more than 20 years. She also has a Bachelors of Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. In her spare time, she shows and trains top show Hunter Jumpers on the A Circuit.
Annslee Walker is an Office Administrator at Precision Claim Consultants. She is a recent graduate from the University of Georgia with a degree in fashion merchandising. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Chopper, and trying new restaurants.
Mia Kemp Chuang is an Office Administrator with Precision Claim Consultants LLC. She is a dedicated professional with a warm touch who has a passion for client relations.
Mia began her corporate career in 2006 with AT&T. Her ability to collaborate with teams and her desire to always go above and beyond expectations led her to advancing to multiple management roles. During her career, she has gained vast experience in marketing, merchandising, distribution, communications, and project management. Her fierce work ethic has been the staple of her career.
She has received several awards which include Key Contributor Award 2 years in a row for National Sales Operations, Service Excellence Award 3 years in a row, Innovation Award, and Customer Recognition Award for Event Management of the Consumer Electronics Show.
Mia gained several years of experience in office management and customer service that has enabled her to serve Precision and its clients with a comprehensive understanding of the issues and solutions. When she is not helping clients, she enjoys watching UGA football, traveling, boating, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Shelby.

Austin, a public adjuster at Precision Claims Consultants, brings a wealth of experience to the company. With a background in project management at Excell Roofing and expertise as an auto-body technician at LEI Auto Repair, Austin is well-versed in a variety of fields. He is also an active member of his community, having contributed to organizations such as Toys for Tots and participating in regional car shows. Holding a diploma from Mill Creek High School, Austin enjoys spending his free time camping, wake surfing, and golfing.
